The programme of the concert includes Tchaikovsky’s virtuosic Violin Concerto in D major, Mussorgsky’s powerful Night On Bald Mountain and excerpts from Pictures at an Exhibition, and the exquisitely romantic melody of Khachaturian’s Adagio from Spartacus. The orchestra performs under the baton of NSO Music Director Andrew Berryman. Adding to the evening is an extraordinary art exhibition by popular Emirati artists.
