Dishes like wagyu vine leaves, crispy duck salad, and butter chicken gyoza are merely some of the highlights offered over the course of the Iftar set menu. Guests will be offered an unmatched selection of dishes that pair hot and cold appetizers with main courses of grilled wagyu strip-loin, baby chicken with jalapeño, grilled salmon teriyaki and PLAY’s very own signature fries.
Dessert will include a pop-up Dessert Bar for Ramadan. The makeshift patisserie will serve both of the current menu and some new innovative Ramadan-inspired desserts. Expect table-side roast marshmallows and chocolate as well as a cotton candy surprise in the form of a frozen cheesecake wrapped in cotton candy.
